Our expertise lies in complete business R&D from idea generation, prototype design & assembly, scale-up, manufacturing equipment development, facility/plant development and full commercialization in diverse technical areas. Over the last 14 years, ANDESIGN has successfully performed projects in the following areas: Cardboard, plastics and bio-mass recycling systems utilizing multiple sensors Unique device charging system design, assembly and manufacturing, USD980794S1 Home Brewing equipment- autonomous brewing of small batch brews BEERMKR Compaction system for material handling and processing Motion tracking, motion control, Gaming concepts for Soccer ball tracking through goal posts. Rapid liquid cooling systems Luge System ANDESIGN started as a Research and Development consulting company in 2010, but got its real commercial start from working with Mophie, The pioneer of mobile power solutions. Over the last decades, ANDESIGN has successfully completed over 500 product development cycles in a wide range of industries. Currently, ANDESIGN operates out of two locations with 4,000 sq. ft. of laboratory and manufacturing space in AUSTIN, Texas and a dedicated team in Shenzhen China. Business Model: ANDESIGN creates innovative products and technologies with private, state and federal funding and commercializes them through spin-off companies. I have devoted a substantial part of my recent professional journey to developing industrial mechanical devices, placing a specific emphasis on material handling. My primary objective has been to devise innovative solutions that minimize waste generated by day-to-day product deliveries in urban settings, particularly concerning cardboard and other packaging materials. Leveraging my mechanical engineering expertise and a strong commitment to sustainable practices, I’ve successfully designed and implemented systems that not only optimize material usage but also significantly reduce waste, contributing to more efficient and environmentally conscious industrial processes.
